Join The Conservation Volunteers this April for our exciting practical nature conservation activities, we will be:
Continuing our creation of a new wildlife corridor along the edge of the park and the River Lee. Sowing a large wildflower meadow with a mixture of seeds such as Yarrow, Oxeye Daisy and Ladies Bedstraw. Also, some sowing in the community nature garden. Make your mark in Markfield on the third Thursday of every month.
We’ll provide the tools, tea and TLC, but please bring your own lunch and suitable clothing for all weather conditions.
